Return Policy
At UltraCine, we want you to love your home cinema experience. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and in brand-new condition.
- In its original packaging with all accessories, cables, and manuals included.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).
2. Damages and Issues (Defective Items)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the projector is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged/defective items: You likely do not need to return the item. Please email us at ultracine@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- A photo or video showing the defect/damage.
Once verified, we will send out a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
3. How to Start a Standard Return
If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item:
- Contact us at ultracine@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The address on your package is a distribution hub and they cannot process your return. We will provide you with a specific return address via email.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note: For non-defective returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
6. Order Cancellations
We work fast to process orders. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return procedure upon delivery.
